We have an upcoming transformation opportunity with a large global financial institution and are looking for offshore resources, primarily based in Bangalore, with strong Pega expertise, specifically Pega Smart Disputes.

The project involves a Pega version upgrade and testing of existing Smart Disputes customizations, with a key focus on ensuring backward compatibility and version stability. Existing customizations may be impacted by the upgrade, so the work will center around validation, testing, and identifying/resolving upgrade-related issues. No new customization development is currently planned.

Target levels: Manager and Consultant level

The most important requirement is direct Pega Smart Disputes experience, with relevant upgrade/version migration experience also highly valued.
