About the Role

For the Global Bank's Finance Calculator Project, we are seeking two detail-oriented data analysts / data scientists to support root cause analysis and issue identification on failed validations on the calculator outputs.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Analysis: Execute statistical analysis in databricks to identify issue patterns for failed cases.
• Domain Expertise Application: Apply your knowledge of credit card processing identify root causes for validation failure.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Industry Knowledge: Basic understanding of Credit Card Processing and standard terminologies used within the credit card/payments domain.
• Technical Proficiency: Ability to conduct advanced statistical analysis and modeling on large datsets
• Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to investigate data discrepancies, perform RCA, and work with functional teams to identify root causes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Interest Calculation Expertise: A strong understanding of how Credit Card interest calculations are performed is highly preferred and will be considered a significant advantage.
