We are looking for a highly skilled Product Designer with strong expertise in UI/UX, product thinking, and hands-on design execution. The ideal candidate should have experience working with product-based companies (B2B or B2C) and be comfortable collaborating with product managers, engineers, and business teams to build intuitive and high-quality user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end product design—from user research, wireframing, and prototyping to final UI design.

Work closely with product managers to understand business needs and translate them into thoughtful design solutions.

Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure smooth execution and alignment of design specifications.

Develop clean, modern, and consistent UI designs across web and mobile platforms.

Conduct usability testing, take user feedback, and refine designs for improved user experience.

Maintain and contribute to design systems, guidelines, and component libraries.

Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders for alignment and approval.

Required Skills & Experience

2-4 years of experience as a Product Designer / UI/UX Designer in product-based (B2B/B2C) companies.

Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Sketch, and other design/prototyping tools.

Deep understanding of user-centered design, UX principles, user flows, journey mapping, and interaction design.

Strong portfolio showcasing real-world product design work (web + mobile).

Ability to convert complex ideas into simple, intuitive designs.

Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Understanding of basic front-end patterns (HTML/CSS concepts are a plus).

Nice-to-Have

Experience working in agile environments.

Exposure to analytics tools or A/B testing.

Familiarity with motion/animation tools (After Effects, Principle, etc.).
