We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer with 4-6 years of hands-on experience to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker who can architect, implement, and optimize complex cloud infrastructure while driving automation, security, and operational excellence across our client projects.

Responsibilities:

1. Infrastructure Architecture & Management

• Design, architect, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS and Azure platforms
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation, or Azure Resource Manager
• Optimize cloud costs and resource utilization across multiple environments

1. Container Orchestration & Management

• Design and manage Kubernetes (EKS/AKS) clusters for production workloads
• Implement and optimize AWS ECS/Fargate deployments
• Develop container strategies including image optimization, security scanning, and registry management
• Configure service mesh architectures and implement advanced networking solutions

1. CI/CD & Automation

• Design and maintain sophisticated CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps
• Implement blue-green and canary deployment strategies
• Develop automation scripts and tools to streamline operational workflows
• Create self-service deployment platforms for development teams

1. Security & Compliance

• Implement secrets management using AWS Secrets Manager, Azure Key Vault
• Configure and maintain security groups, NACLs, WAF rules, and IAM policies
• Implement container security best practices and vulnerability scanning

1. Monitoring, Logging & Observability

• Design and implement comprehensive monitoring solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or CloudWatch
• Set up alerting mechanisms and on-call procedures
• Create dashboards for infrastructure and application metrics

1. Troubleshooting & Incident Management

• Lead incident response and perform root cause analysis
• Implement disaster recovery measures
• Optimize system performance and resolve complex infrastructure issues
• Conduct post-mortems and implement preventive measures

1. Collaboration & Documentation

• Mentor junior team members and share DevOps best practices
• Collaborate with development, security, and operations teams to align on technical strategies
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation and runbooks
• Participate in architecture review sessions and provide DevOps perspective

1. Innovation & Continuous Improvement

• Evaluate and implement emerging DevOps tools and technologies
• Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual operational overhead
• Establish and improve DevOps metrics and KPIs
• Stay current with industry trends in cloud computing, containerization, and DevOps practices

Requirements:

Essential:

1. 4-6 years of hands-on DevOps experience with production environments
2. Strong expertise in AWS services (EC2, ECS, EKS, Lambda, S3, RDS, VPC, Route53, CloudFront)
3. Proven experience with Kubernetes in production environments (deployment, scaling, troubleshooting)
4. Hands-on experience with container orchestration using AWS ECS/Fargate/Batch
5. Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)
6. Strong experience with CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)
7. Expertise in secrets management solutions (AWS Secrets Manager, HashiCorp Vault, Azure Key Vault)
8. Advanced scripting skills in Bash, Python, or PowerShell
9. Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, CloudWatch, Datadog)
10. Strong understanding of networking concepts, security best practices, and cloud architecture patterns

Preferred:

1. Experience with serverless architectures and event-driven systems
2. AWS certifications (Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer, or SysOps Administrator)
3. Experience with load balancing, auto-scaling, and high-availability architectures
4. Knowledge of database administration and backup strategies
