Responsibilities:

Apply AI-powered development tools to boost quality, velocity, and consistency in day-to-day

development (e.g. Cursor).

Own end-to-end implementation of front-end features and modules with minimal supervision.

Maintain high code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and performance tuning.

Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and cross-platform compatibility.

Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Participate in design reviews, architecture discussions, and mentoring to align product,

engineering, and team goals.

Take full ownership of delivery outcomes, including edge cases, performance, and post-release

stability

Independently troubleshoot production issues, diagnose root causes, and implement long-term

fixes

Stay current with the latest AI/tech advancements and proactively share relevant tools, workflows,

or insights with the team to enhance productivity and foster a learning culture.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in front-end development, preferably in B2B products.

Solid experience in Angular(v14+ preferred)

Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.

Strong feature ownership mindset able to estimate accurately, plan iterations, and deliver

high-quality outcomes with minimal supervision.

Ability to troubleshoot and disambiguate issues independently, applying both creative thinking

and technical rigor.

Effective communicator who practices clear documentation, proactive collaboration, and

cross-functional alignment.
