Roles & Responsibilities

We are hiring Interns (IT hiring, TA, Sales, Marketing) to scale our Tech Expert Interviewer Panel, combining recruitment, business development, marketing, and operations. If you have a background in sales, marketing, employer branding, or IT recruitment, this is a high impact opportunity to build a strong network of tech leaders and gain hands-on experience in B2B growth strategies. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Business Development & Interviewer Network Expansion 
  • Prospect, pitch, and onboard senior IT professionals as expert interviewers. 
  • Develop strategic partnerships with tech communities, industry events, and networking groups. 
  • Use LinkedIn, cold outreach, and referrals to build a pipeline of high-quality interviewers. 
  • Work on lead generation strategies to grow and maintain our expert interviewer panel. 

Recruitment Marketing & Outreach: 

  • Create marketing campaigns to attract and engage top tech professionals. 
  • Leverage LinkedIn, webinars, blogs, and social media for employer branding. 
  • Work with content and design teams to develop engaging recruitment materials. 
  • Build brand visibility in tech communities and online hiring platforms. 

Interviewer Quality & Stakeholder Management: 

  • Monitor interviewer performance, engagement, and feedback. 
  • Address any grievances or issues raised by interviewers and provide resolutions. 
  • Conduct periodic quality checks to ensure high standards in tech interviews. 
  • Work closely with hiring managers and align interview processes with company needs. 

Operations & Payment Management: 

  • Maintain and update interviewer contracts, agreements, and documentation. 
  • Ensure timely processing of payments and resolve any discrepancies. 
  • Keep the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and CRM updated with panel details. 

Who Should Apply? (Ideal Candidate) 

  • Background in sales, marketing, business development, or IT recruitment. 
  • Experience or interest in lead generation, outreach, and conversion strategies. 
  • Strong networking and persuasion skills to engage senior professionals. 
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, or digital marketing is a plus. 
  • Understanding of the tech industry, IT roles, and recruitment trends is a bonus. 
  • Ability to drive partnerships, manage relationships, and ensure smooth onboarding. 
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
