Role Overview

We are seeking a sharp, organized, and people-centric Operations Specialist to manage our interviewer engagement and coordination process. This role involves working with consultants/freelance interviewers (software engineers) and ensuring their seamless onboarding, scheduling, communication, and performance tracking. You will be the key point of contact between the interviewers, internal teams, and clients—ensuring smooth interview operations and a strong partner experience.


Key Responsibilities

1. Engage and manage a pool of senior freelance interviewers across various tech domains (e.g., full-stack, AI/ML, DevOps, data).

2. Onboard and activate new interviewers, ensuring documentation, training, and platform familiarity.

3. Coordinate interviews between freelancers and candidates, aligning schedules and ensuring timely execution.

4. Maintain interviewer relationships, communicate expectations, share feedback, and foster long-term engagement.

5. Monitor and track interviewer performance based on punctuality, feedback quality, candidate experience, and client ratings.

6. Collaborate with internal teams (Talent Acquisition, Delivery, Client Success) to allocate the right interviewers for each role.

7. Handle escalations or rescheduling with professionalism and quick resolution.

8. Maintain databases and dashboards to track availability, interview volume, and payout status.

9. Support monthly payouts and resolve any issues related to payment or documentation with finance.


Requirements

1. 2–5 years of experience in operations, recruitment coordination, vendor or freelancer management.

2. Experience working with consultants, senior engineers, or technical professionals is highly preferred.

3. Excellent communication skills—must be able to interact confidently with senior stakeholders.

4. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail in managing high-volume coordination.

5. Proficiency with tools like Google Sheets/Excel, Slack, Zoom, and ATS/project trackers.

6. A proactive, ownership-driven attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
