Minimum Qualification: 3 - 5 years of experience

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Quality Assurance: Independently own and perform end to end functional and non-functional testing of new and existing features. Create test plans, test scenarios and test cases for the requirements.
• Platform Configuration and Updates: Configure platform for events run by Personatech’s clients, update as needed following change requests from clients. Test and review configurations to ensure Personatech delivers the best possible outcomes for clients. Manage project execution on Personatech side to ensure we meet all deliverables and required timelines.
• Product Documentation: Develop and update the suite of documents Personatech provides clients to support Program execution
• Product Improvement: Develop ideas for improvements or new products based on customer feedback.
• Customer Success: Provide customer support to questions from client teams. Debug customer queries and escalate to Business team members and/or Engineering team members where needed. Join calls with client teams to monitor progress, advise on programs, answer questions etc.

Required skills:

• 3+ years of extensive experience in end-to-end testing of Web Applications
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Positive attitude, “get it done” mentality

Good to Have:

• Prior work experience in Event Industry domain
• Experience in Client support via emails/calls
• Experience in Testing Mobile Apps
• Experience in writing SQL queries
