Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team and contribute to our mission of revolutionizing recruitment. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and engaging with top candidates while working closely with our experienced talent acquisition professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing and identifying potential candidates through various channels, including job portals, LinkedIn, and social media platforms.
• Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment tracker.
• Support the team in creating job descriptions and posting job advertisements.
• Engage with candidates to provide a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
• Collaborate with the TA team to brainstorm and implement creative hiring strategies.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Eager to learn about recruitment processes and tools.
• Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and other sourcing tools is a plus.
• Basic understanding of recruitment or HR practices is preferred but not mandatory.

Location: Hustlehub Tech Park, Sector 2, HSR layout, Bengaluru

Mode: Onsite 5-days a week

Duration: 6 months of internship (with PPO)

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Post job openings on various platforms and assist with creating job advertisements.

2. Screen incoming resumes to match candidates with job requirements.

3. Help source candidates using platforms like LinkedIn and job boards.

4. Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and hiring managers.

5. Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, including sending emails and following up on applications.

6. Update and maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment progress.

7. Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidates based on qualifications and culture fit.
