About Us: We are looking for a talented and experienced Product Manager to lead our engineering services product offerings from conception through execution. 

Responsibilities: 

• Develop and articulate the product vision and strategy for our engineering services, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market demands. 
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform product direction. 
• Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle from ideation, design, and development to launch and iteration. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, designers, and stakeholders, to build and refine product features. 
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of the product. 
• Monitor product performance and user engagement, using data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement. 
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to understand needs and pain points. 
• Prioritize feature development based on customer insights and business value. 
• Develop and maintain a detailed product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines. 
• Communicate product plans, progress, and updates to stakeholders and leadership. 
• Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for product launches. 
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and support teams to ensure successful product adoption and customer satisfaction. 
• Possess a strong understanding of machine learning concepts and technologies. 
• Work closely with the engineering team to ensure technical feasibility and optimal implementation of ML models. 

Qualifications: 

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the machine learning or artificial intelligence domain. 
• Demonstrated success in managing products through their entire lifecycle, from concept to launch and iteration. 
• Strong understanding of IT and software development processes. 
• Proficiency in defining and tracking product metrics. 
• Ability to analyze data to drive decision-making and product improvements. 
• Excellent leadership and team collaboration skills. 
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships. 

Communication: 

• Strong verbal and written communication skills. 
• Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. 
• Experience with agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or Trello. 
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and their ML services.
